About Us

AWPlanet is an art creative studio initiated by 2014 by Dynamic Wang and Alexis Kam.

Our works cover dance, visual & graphic design, photography, experimental short films, new media and electronic music, and attempts to explore the possibilities of creation from a multi-dimensional perspective.

 

Dynamic Wang

Art Director,Choreographer,Visual designer,Musician,AIGC Designer.

WANG Quan-qing（Dynamic Wang）has been active in integrated creation across multiple medium and arts forms with dance, drama, music, visual and AI. WANG founded AWPlanet Experimental Arts Studio.In 2014, he joined Taiwan’s Horse Dance Theater and was a guest choreographer with BeijingDance/LDTX.

KAM HIU LAM, ALEXIS,Born in Hong Kong and raised in Macau, started dancing at the age of 4.Studied ballet at the Macau Conservatory Dance School, and continued studies at Beijing Dance Academy Ballet department, joined Beijing Dance/LDTX in 2014.Co-founded of AWPlanet and be MonkeyKam Art Channel Initiator at 2020.The First Residence Artist of the "Plateau / Dance Beyond Borders" program organized by the French Embassy in China and the National Dance Center of France. 2024 Dance Base Yokohama Residence Artist. Participate in 2020 Japan Art Festivals Asian Performing Arts Farm. Dance Film Official Selection of Macau Rollout Dance Video Festivals , Screen.Dance - Scotland's Festival of Dance on Screen, Dance On Screen Film Festival and Taiwan Dance Platform. AI Film“Good Days” was selected for “AIsolation”, an AI short film competition co-organized by the Goethe-Institut and HAU Hebbel am Ufer. Dedicated to interdisciplinary artistic exchange and collaboration, with an ongoing exploration of the relationship between the body and various media, rooted in dance, but never confined to it.
